About MAX Digitize

MAX Digitize started nine years ago with a simple observation: most regulated and relationship-driven businesses were not losing because of bad service, they were losing because of bad follow-up. We have spent the years since building CRM, automation and growth infrastructure for the businesses that depend on getting that follow-up right.

Our story

Why MAX Digitize exists.

The same problem, again and again, across different industries.

MAX Digitize was founded nine years ago after seeing the same pattern repeat across insurance agencies, law firms and other relationship-driven businesses: strong people doing good work, undermined by a weak process for capturing and following up on opportunities. Leads sat in inboxes. Renewals were missed. Clients who should have come back never heard from the business again, not because anyone decided not to follow up, but because nobody had a system that made follow-up automatic.

We started building CRM and automation systems specifically for businesses where trust, compliance and response speed all matter at the same time. That meant designing pipelines around real operational stages rather than generic sales funnels, and building automation that supports a team's judgement instead of replacing it.

Over nine years, that focus has shaped everything we build: clear pipeline stages instead of vague status fields, automated reminders instead of relying on memory, and reporting that tells an owner what is actually working rather than vanity metrics that look good but mean little.

Today MAX Digitize works with insurance agencies, law firms and a growing range of regulated and professional service businesses across the UK and US, building the operating systems that sit between marketing and revenue.

What we do

Three things, done properly.

We do not try to be everything to everyone. We focus on the systems that actually move a pipeline forward.

1

CRM implementation

We design and build the CRM structure around how your team actually works: pipeline stages, fields, automations, notifications and dashboards that match your real process rather than a generic template.

2

AI & automation

Routing, reminders, follow-up sequences and reporting that remove repetitive admin work without replacing the professional judgement your team brings to every conversation.

3

Growth infrastructure

Websites, landing pages, lead generation and reputation systems built to feed a CRM that is actually capable of converting what comes in, not just collecting it.

MAX Digitize team and approach
How we work

The principles behind every build.

Every MAX Digitize project starts with the operational reality of the business, not a template. We sit down with the team that will actually use the system and map out how leads currently arrive, where they get stuck, and what a good outcome looks like at each stage. The CRM is built around that map, not the other way around.

We are deliberately selective about who we work with. Insurance agencies, law firms and other regulated or relationship-driven service businesses share a common need: speed and consistency matter, but so does getting the compliance and tone right. That is a different problem from a typical e-commerce or SaaS funnel, and it needs a different kind of system.

Automation, in our view, exists to remove the repetitive admin that gets in the way of good client work, not to replace the judgement of the people doing that work. A reminder that a document is overdue is useful. A robotic message pretending to be a person is not. We build with that distinction in mind throughout.

Nine years of doing this has taught us that the businesses who get the most value from a CRM are the ones who treat it as infrastructure, not a project that finishes at launch. That is why ongoing optimisation, not just initial build, is part of how we work with most clients.

  • Built around your actual process, not a generic template.
  • Selective focus on regulated and relationship-driven service businesses.
  • Automation that supports judgement, not synthetic conversation.
  • Ongoing optimisation as standard, not a one-off build.
Implementation

How MAX Digitize builds your growth infrastructure.

Every project starts with the same principle: understand the operational reality first, then design the technology around it.

Discovery

We review your current lead flow, sales process, intake steps, technology stack, audience, offer and reporting gaps.

Architecture

We design the CRM structure, pipeline stages, fields, automations, notifications and dashboards around the way your team works.

Build

We create the website pathways, forms, workflows, sequences, pages and reporting assets needed to launch the system with confidence.

Optimise

After launch, we refine messaging, routing, campaign tracking, follow-up timing and conversion reporting based on live activity.

Who we work with

Commercial value

Why stronger systems create stronger growth.

A business can buy more leads, but if the lead handling process is weak, additional spend simply creates more leakage. MAX Digitize focuses on the operating layer between marketing and revenue.

01

Less leakage

Every lead has a source, owner, status and next step.

02

More speed

New enquiries reach the right team member faster.

03

More trust

Premium pages and clear communication reduce buyer hesitation.

04

More insight

Owners can see what is working and what needs attention.

The objective is not simply to have a CRM. The objective is to build a growth system that protects every opportunity from the moment it enters the business.

FAQ

Questions about MAX Digitize.

MAX Digitize was founded nine years ago and has spent that time focused specifically on CRM, automation and growth infrastructure for regulated and relationship-driven service businesses.
We can either build a new conversion-focused website and CRM framework or improve the assets you already have. If your current tools are useful, we can design the migration or integration plan around them.
Yes. The framework can support multi-channel follow-up, task reminders, call tracking and nurture sequences. Messaging must be configured with proper consent, clear language and market-specific compliance guidance.
No responsible agency should guarantee exact sales results. We build the infrastructure, tracking, messaging and optimisation process designed to improve speed, consistency and visibility. Actual outcomes depend on offer, lead quality, team activity, market conditions and compliance rules.
A focused implementation can launch in stages. Core pages, forms, routing and essential automations can usually be prioritised first, followed by deeper content, dashboards, campaigns and optimisation.
Yes. MAX Digitize can provide monthly optimisation, CRM updates, landing page improvements, reporting, campaign support and automation refinements depending on the package selected.
